1. Ground down like EARTH
Set your feet at 12 o’clock.
Spread your toes out wide, and press down into the earth equally through all four corners of your feet.
2. Flow like WATER
Bring an element of ease and softness to the joints of your body by bending them slightly.
Keep your pelvis neutral by lifting the front of your pelvis while your tailbone descends gently toward your heels.
3. Build an inner FIRE
From the skin, to the muscle, to the bone, hug in.
Pull the pit of the belly in and up.
Draw the front ribs together, expand the mid-back.
4. Soften like AIR
Thoracic spine draws in, pull your upper arm bones back and expand from the inside out.
5. CREATE SPACE for something new
Draw in to your center to create full expression out!

Experience your own True North Alignment at All Y’All Yoga - We offer a Workshop on the Second Saturday of every month, from 10AM-12PM. We help you find your True North Alignment in a variety of the shapes we make during the Journey into Power class, using tools like blocks and straps. The workshop is one hour, followed by the 60 minute Journey into Power class.
