New Students & Beginners

What to Bring/Wear:

Note: No shoes, phones, etc in the practice area. Please be quiet and respectful of other students in the practice space as others may be meditating or getting ready for class when you come in to the room.

For all new students we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. Our Lobby is open 30 minutes before class start and is open for 30 minutes after class (or until the next class starts.) We make a habit of starting class on time, and doors are locked at the beginning of class, so if you arrive late, we’ll have to catch you next time. Our lobby has spaces to secure your shoes, phone, keys, stuff. Bring your own, or we rent yoga mats and towels, and sell water and other hydration goodies if you just want show up and practice. 

Wear clothing comfortable enough to move and sweat in (because there will be sweat!) to Baptiste Power Yoga and Beginner Yoga classes.

FOR YOGA NIDRA:

We recommend you wear clothing comfy enough to nap in. We have plenty of blankets, bolsters and other stuff to stretch out and get comfortable, and feel free to bring your favorite wubbie, blankie, socks, eye mask.
