Join us in studio or from anywhere via zoom 645-745PM Eastern Mondays.
We begin with 20 minutes of gentle flow followed by 40 minutes of restorative/yin yoga postures that are perfect to read, write or rest in.
Bring your mat, water, and if you want to read or write, a journal or your favorite (non digital) book.
You can borrow one from our eclectic library if you’re at the studio. Take advantage of our tea station if you need a hot drink. The yoga room lighting will be low for those wanting to rest. If you want to read or write, use one of our LED candles on non-flicker.
If you’re practicing from home, set up a comfortable nest for yourself that includes low lighting, piles of pillows, cushions, blankets, a cup of tea.
