I hope Percy the Llama put a smile on your face. Or at least softened the frown, unclenched your jaw and unfurrowed your eyebrows.
Yeah. I know. I also thought that we could say “Byeeeee!” to the scary, tragic, smelly horror of a dumpster fire that was 2020.
But I feel better when I read pretty much any quote by Bruce Lee. Every word of encouragement he uttered is solid gold.
I also feel better when I spend time on my mat, especially when I’ve forced myself to show up when I just want to plop in front of something mindless and bingeable. So does everyone I talk to who’s shown up to their mat instead of doom-scrolling.
In the midst of all this continuing chaos, take the opportunity to come to your mat. Whether it’s at the studio (we’re still practicing COVID prevention protocols here), or virtually, we can feel better together.
