Yogis Dev & Rah welcome you to a 5-week 90 minute series introducing 2 of the 8 limbs of yoga: the Yamas + Niyamas.
This limited series is inspired and guided by the book Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele. Books are included in the price for in-person students who sign up for the full 5-weeks. For virtual students, you can purchase the book here.
This is a hybrid event, offered both in our studio (capacity limited to 12 students) and online via zoom (capacity limited to 10 students)
Each week we will focus on one Yama and and one Niyama and include an intentional asana practice to embody a deeper understanding of what yoga truly is, both on and off the mat.
All students are encouraged to bring to class: yoga mat, towel, water, as well as a notebook and writing utensil for journaling and notes.
